Indigo Maple Pillow – Resist Dye

An oversized pillow made from a 20th C paste-resist dye indigo panel, Miao People, Guizhou Province. This pillow has a large center medallion with floral and fauna motifs. Soft and loose with a hand-sewn 3" flange around the perimeter. The reverse has a well-matched coated linen. Excellent floor pillow.
